If you have lost an item of object in the terminal

If you have lost an item of luggage / object in the terminal (before or after security, in a shop and/or food outlet, etc.), please send us a remark giving:

  • A detailed description of the lost item (colour, make, model and any details useful for recognition purposes);
  • The date and time the item was lost;
  • The location where you believe it was lost.

If you have lost an item of object on board the aircraft

If your luggage has not arrived at its destination following a flight, see the Lost&Found web page.

If you have lost an item of object in other places

  • On board a taxi: please, contact Centrale Radio Taxi "CAT", oppure Centrale Radio Taxi "COTABO".
  • Aboard BUS 944 (Bologna airport – Hospital “Maggiore”): please, contact the TPER service.
  • Aboard MARCONI EXPRESS: please, contact the TPER service.
  • In a car rental: please, contact the car rental company that issued the service.
  • Onboard a shuttle bus to other regions/cities: contact the transport company operating the service using the available contact details.
