Pet Area
The new Pet Area at Bologna Airport has been designed for passengers travelling with their pets. Conveniently located in front of the terminal building, near the check-in entrance, the area covers 460 square metres and features both paved and green spaces. It is equipped with dedicated facilities, including a drinking fountain, waste bag dispenser, litter bins, and a shaded canopy inspired by the wing of a Boeing aircraft, ensuring comfort in all weather conditions.
Fully accessible, thanks to Loges pathways, the area aims to serve the growing number of travellers accompanied by pets or assistance animals, such as guide dogs.
Access to the area is free of charge and available 24 hours a day.
