If you have lost an item of object in the terminal
If you have lost an item of luggage / object in the terminal (before or after security, in a shop and/or food outlet, etc.), please send us a remark giving:
- A detailed description of the lost item (colour, make, model and any details useful for recognition purposes);
- The date and time the item was lost;
- The location where you believe it was lost.
