How does the parking work with the Telepass?
If you use the Telepass, you enter and exit the parking without withdrawing the ticket. As soon as you approach the entry/exit gate, the bar will lift up automatically. You will be charged the amount due by Telepass (at the park exit), which will also issue an invoice. In case the parking lot is full, the bar won't lift up.
If you are entitled to any other discounts or promotional fares, do not enter through the Telepass lanes, or alternatively cover your Telepass device, as otherwise they would not apply. Any subsequent charges are non-refundable.
Can I get an invoice for the parking I paid for at the airport?
Yes, you can request an invoice from the Parking Control Office on the day you return from your trip, before leaving the car park. Alternatively, you can send the parking ticket you paid for to email@example.com by 12:00 on the day after you leave the car park.
