Can I ship items by air?
To have information if you need to ship something that is not travelling with you, please contact our Cargo Agent.
If the item to be shipped is travelling with you, we will consider it to be baggage, so it should be brought onboard in compliance with your airline’s weight and size requirements.

Is the airport always open?
Yes, the Passenger Terminal is open 24/7.
The terminal’s main entrance door located on the ground floor is always open, even at night.The cafe located on the ground floor in front of the main entrance is also open 24 hours a day.
The information office is open from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
You may enter the boarding area starting from 2 hours prior to your extra Schengen flight’s departure, and from 3 hours prior to your extra Schengen flight’s departure.

How far in advance do I have to show up at the airport?
We recommend getting to the airport well in advance, whether you have hold baggage to be delivered to the check-in desks or hand luggage only and in any case within the times indicated by your airline.

After check-in online, do I need to print the confirmation?
Some airlines accept the online check-in confirmation in both digital form (which passengers may show from a smartphone, tablet or computer) and printed, hard copy form.
However, in the airport there is no place for printing, so we advise passengers to bring a paper copy of their online check-in confirmation if expressly instructed by their airline.
