Listening to passengers – Smiles

Launched in May 2022 after a trial period in 2021, the project aims to measure passenger satisfaction in real time.

The system is very simple: 28 stations, located throughout the airport in the form of small pillars or tablets, allowing passengers to express their degree of satisfaction by selecting one of the 4 coloured smiles available, ranging from dark green (very positive opinion) to red (very negative opinion).

Using this system, passengers can quickly and effectively provide an initial indication of their enjoyment of services, environments and functions, inside and outside the airport. The analysis of this data, transmitted wirelessly and processed in the customer service department, is useful for the improvement of the service offered.
