Manchester

Famous as the music, entertainment and football British city, with two city football clubs, it is a centre rich in artistic and cultural events.

As for the nightlife, the electronic music is protagonist in Deansgate district and Manchester Gay Village, while for jazz lovers, it is compulsory to visit the Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
The university city district is, instead, for those who love dancing in discos, and for those who enjoy drinking something quietly, the best places are the Quays bars or the Victorian pubs in Rusholme.

But the entertainment offered by the city cannot overshadow the cultural soul of a place which, despite having been heavily bombed during World War II, managed to preserve much of its historical patrimony.
Starting from the outstanding Romanesque cathedral (XV century) or the majestic Royal Exchange, in Neoclassical style and again the marvellous Neo-gothic Town Hall.
Other interesting sites are the John Rylands Library, the library and St. Ann’s church, built in the XVIII century.
