Chatbot

To improve the offer for services and customer assistance, Aeroporto di Bologna implemented the online chatbot service, a tool that currently uses Facebook Messenger, an auto-responder system based on artificial intelligence.

The Chatbot system is a digital tool that uses artificial intelligence to increase its range of answers to questions presented to it and is able to “learn from conversations”.

The system is already up and running and has proven very successful among its users, but the objective is to make it even more comprehensive and effective, to support passengers.

Currently, the Chatbot provides information on flights in real time, parking, the weather at destination, baggage and lost items, special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, Premium services, how to get to the airport and job opportunities at Aeroporto di Bologna.

Useful guidance for users with electronic toll payment devices

If you purchase online with credit/debit cards or Satispay, you will have guaranteed access to the car park. If you prefer to pay with Telepass or UnipolMove, you cannot purchase parking online and access will only be subject to parking space availability.
