Rustichelli & Mangione takes off from Bologna airport with a new contemporary design and a gastronomic offering ranging from classic croissants to gourmet sandwiches and pizzas. However, the real stars are the oven-baked crusty bread, focaccia and paddle-shaped pizza, stretched and baked in full view, sure to delight even the finest palates.
The vibrant hues and enticing flavours of the Mediterranean are on display, tempting everyone who values quality and taste.
Rustichelli & Mangione began over forty years ago as a small family-run bakery. Today, as in the past, its values remain unchanged: staying faithful to traditions while reinterpreting them in a modern key, offering customers a unique experience that embodies authentic and genuine flavours.
The new store is ready to welcome you along the new corridor on the first floor, leading to the security area. The modern, minimalist and elegant design blends with elements of clear craftsmanship, referencing Italian tradition on a surface area of 130 m², where wood, lighting effects and green design create a homely and comfortable atmosphere.
