TrapaniSituated in the north-western tip of Sicily, the city is well-known for being one of the surfers’ paradises and, more generally, of those who love practising water sports like kite surfing, windsurfing and scuba diving in the wonderful sea-depths in front of the city.
Squeezed between the sea and Mount Erice, the ancient Drepanon, founded by the Phoenicians, was born around the harbour that represents still nowadays the city’s thumping heart, in the historical centre.
