The Board of Directors of Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. on December 15th, 2025 assessed the dates for the publication of the 2026 financial results and the date of the Shareholders' Meeting, in single call.

Here below is the 2026 Financial Calendar:

March 16, 2026

Statutory and consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2025.

April 23, 2026

Shareholders' Meeting to approve the statutory financial statements for the fiscal year 2025 and for other matters within the competence of the Shareholders' Meeting.

May 15, 2025

First quarter 2026 results.

September 7, 2026

Second quarter 2026 results and interim financial report as at June 30, 2026.

November 13, 2025

Third quarter 2026 results.

The Company announces that it will avail itself of the exemption from publishing additional periodic financial information as of December 31, 2025, pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a), Regulation of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.; therefore, the Company will make the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements available within 90 days of the end of the financial year.

Any changes to the above dates will be communicated promptly.

Conference calls are planned to present the results to the financial community upon the release of the period's accounting data. These calls will generally be held, unless otherwise announced, on the same day as the Board of Directors' approval meeting, and will immediately follow the meeting.
