  • NOTICE OF WORK AT THE AIRPORT

    Passengers are advised that from 16 September we resumed the work of upgrading spaces and replacement of machines at security controls, with remaking of floor and reduction of access lanes to the boarding hall. We have already activated 4 new machines before the summer, now we are working on the activation in successive phases of another 4 machines, to make security checks easier and faster.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working to make our airport more comfortable and efficient.

Reserved parking spaces: located at the main entrance of the Terminal on the ground floor and first floor, and in the P2 multi-storey car park. 

Parking for passengers with reduced mobility web page.

Train to the city centre: the connection between the station and the airport with the Marconi express provides assistance for passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility. The service can be requested at the stations in the special columns.

  • Special assistance reception: a staffed waiting area for Passengers with Reduced Mobility, located on the ground floor, in the check-in area.
  • Sala Amica:
    • Two on the first floor, the first of which before the Security Checks and one after, in the Schengen boarding area;
    • one on the ground floor, in the airside near the boarding gate.
  • Wheelchairs: available for Passengers with Reduced Mobility who require assistance, both arriving and departing.
  • Lifts: wheelchair friendly access, Braille pushbuttons and acoustic announcements.
  • Loges route: available from the main entrance of the terminal on the first floor leading to the information desk.
  • Hearing aids amplifier: counters equipped with a magnetic induction amplifying system at the Information desk located on the ground floor.
  • Passengers on arrival: escorting planned until the taxi area, the city or tourist bus stops and to the P2 multi-storey car park.
  • Ambulifts: available for boarding and disembarking passengers on/from the aircraft.
