The well-being and health of all passengers and airport staff is the priority for Bologna Airport. Our staff dedicated to special assistance are always available to passengers with reduced mobility problems (PRM).
The wheelchairs used for the transport of passengers with reduced mobility are sanitised after every use and an intensive sanitisation of the special elevators for the transport of passengers on board is in place. The staff also wears personal protective equipment to safeguard their own and the passenger's health.

Where can I find the soap or hand sanitiser dispensers?
Toilets are continuously monitored so that the soap will not run out, and 100 hand sanitising liquid dispensers have been installed close to all toilets and in all areas of the passenger terminal. In addition, dispensers have been installed in all staff areas. In spite of this some dispensers, due to the high frequency of use, may be found empty, so we kindly askall users to report such a situation so that we can take care of it.

I have already booked for parking on the website, but I am not leaving anymore, What should I do?
If you have already booked and paid for parking on the Bologna airport website, but your flight has been cancelled, and you do not show up at the car park at the time indicated on your reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
