Tel Aviv

This modern Jewish city is the core of Israel’s economy and culture. It stretches for over 8 miles along the Mediterranean sea, bounded by the river Yarkon up north until the river Avalon in the East.

Erected at the beginning of the XX century next to the most ancient nucleus of the town Jaffa, Tel Aviv matches originality with tradition, among skyscrapers and historical dwellings. A must is a visit to the fascinating districts of Akhuzat Bayit and Neve Tzedek, where many dwellings dating from the first settling have remained intact.
The urban architecture has been influenced, though, by many a wave, among which the Bauhaus, German art school of geometrical, clean and asymmetrical shapes that won Allenby Street area in the south, towards river Yarkon in the north and from Begin Boulevard towards the sea, the nickname of ‘White City’.

National core of nightlife, Tel Aviv streets and promenade heave with venues offering all kinds of music, discos, restaurants, pubs, cafes, cinemas, theatres, auditoriums and concert halls.
