By clicking on "Submit request", your request to change/cancel your booking will be sent to a member of staff in Bologna Airport’s ticket office.

You will be contacted by an operator from the ticket office for further information regarding the change.

Should you find a satisfactory solution among the alternatives available, the operator will confirm your choice and you will be charged a 40 euro agency fee.

The telephone number you provide will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your amendment request. Under no circumstances will your personal data be transmitted, passed on or used for any other purposes except those for which it was requested.
