Can I book flight tickets from all the air companies?

You can book your tickets with the most of the airlines through the booking system with the exception of some companies, particularly the low cost airlines, which you can only book through their website or call centre.

How can I pay for my ticket?

The only form of acceptable payment for online purchases in by credit card.

Is the ticket purchase transaction carried out online?

No. Only the agency fees are debited immediately after reservation is made. If this has happens before 20.30 CET, a member of staff from the Airport Ticket Office will make the transaction and send confirmation to the user's email address within the same day of the online reservation. For reservations made between 20.30 and 24.00 CET, tickets will be issued the following morning.

Are there any additional fees for using this service?

Yes, on the confirmation of booking is charged a non refundable fee of 5 euros per passenger (infant not included), as an agency fee. 

Can I use a rechargeable credit card?

Not all airlines accept rechargeable credit cards and those without embossed numbers.

When purchasing a ticket, can I use a credit card of someone else?

Yes. Please note, however, that some airlines, at the time of check-in, require to present the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, with the document of the holder of the credit card. 

How can I pick up the tickets?

Electronic tickets are sent via e-mail. On the day of departure is possible to go directly to the check-in counter with the prined e-mail receipt.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

In order to change or cancel your resevations please fill up the request form on the site. Please note that requests are subject to a 10 Euro fee, in addition to the relevant fare rules/conditions of the company.

Can I make a reservation for an infant traveling alone (Unaccompanied)?

No, you need to contact the call center of the airline.

Can I choose whether or not to have flight insurance for flight cancellation or renunciation, medical aid or loss of baggage?

No. General rules apply for the cost of the flight purchased.
