Code of Ethics

Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna intends to consolidate and promote the ethical and social responsibility of its business activity and, so that relations with the outside world, as well as within the Company and the Group, can take place and develop in a socially and ethically correct way, the Airport felt that it was necessary to implement a Code of Ethics which exclusively and univocally encompasses the values and principles that must inspire and drive Company and which the Airport intends to undertake and apply in its relationships with all those interlocutors and stake holders with whom it interacts during the development of its activities (employees, co-operators, clients and users, suppliers, public authorities and institutions).

A Monitoring Body has been set up to implement and disseminate the Code of Ethics.

Company employees and co-operators can contact the Monitoring Body directly every time they feel the need for clarification and explanations regarding the interpretation of the Code of Ethics.

Any breaches of the Code shall be punishable with sanctions, as indicated in the same Code.

The Company requires all addressees of the Code to promptly, correctly and responsibly report all behaviour and situations that it considers to be non-compliant with the principles and values of the Code of Ethics, directly to the Monitoring Body.
