Quality is at the heart of Bologna Airport’s business operations: this means a constant commitment to improving the services provided and maintaining the highest international standards. The airport management company is responsible for the design and development of airport infrastructure, centralized services and subcontracting of commercial activities, as well as coordinating and monitoring the performance of the various companies that operate at the airport.
In 2011, Marconi Airport achieved the milestone of Integrated Management System under international regulations UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), UNI EN ISO 14001 (Environment), OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ENAC (the Italian Civil Aviation Authority) Regulations.
