Conference fee

  • 396,00 € per person (VAT Included) for Italian Companies;
  • 330,00 € per person for Foreign Companies.

The fee covers:

  • Admission to the conference
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Refreshments during the conference
  • Special event organized on Thursday evening

Companions are welcome, the fee (only for private subject – consumer) is 96,00 € (VAT included) per companion.

Personal data are collected and handled solely in order to provide the service requested and for the administrative purposes connected. Handling of such data is done by means of electronic instruments and hard copy pursuant to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03.

The data must be provided for the carrying out of such purposes and if not provided, the activities may not be carried out. The afore-mentioned data will not be diffused, but Aeroporto di Bologna may pass the same data to other subjects, in case this would be necessary for the carrying out of these activities, and for these purposes only.
